Refund Policy
1. Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with OhScoop Pro. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and subject to the exceptions listed below.
2. Eligibility for refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You purchased OhScoop Pro directly from ohscoop.com
- You have not violated our Terms of Service (e.g. redistribution of licence keys)
Refunds apply to the most recent payment only. We do not offer refunds on previous billing periods for annual renewals.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, please email us at legal@ohscoop.com with the following information:
- The email address used at purchase
- Your order reference or Stripe payment ID (found in your receipt email)
- The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 1–2 business days.
4. Processing & timeline
Once your refund is approved:
- We will process the refund through Stripe, our payment processor
- Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer
- Your OhScoop Pro licence will be deactivated upon refund
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase (outside the guarantee window)
- Requests where the licence key has been shared publicly or used to violate our Terms of Service
- Purchases made through unauthorised third-party resellers
- Repeated refund requests from the same customer indicating abuse of the guarantee
In borderline cases, we will always try to find a fair resolution — including offering extended support, a replacement, or a partial refund where appropriate.
6. Licence renewals
Annual licence renewals are charged automatically if you opt in to auto-renewal at checkout. You will receive a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal.
If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time by contacting us or managing your subscription via Stripe’s customer portal. Renewal charges that have already been processed are not eligible for refund unless requested within the 14-day window.
