1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ohscoop.com, cybertrickz.info, or any OhScoop product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of OhScoop products and the Cybertrickz Digital Services websites.

2. Our services

OhScoop, operated by Cybertrickz Digital Services, provides:

• OhScoop Lite — a free WordPress Gutenberg recipe block plugin distributed via WordPress.org under GPL-2.0
• OhScoop Pro — a premium add-on plugin that extends Lite with additional features, available via annual licence purchase
• Support services — documentation, email support, and community assistance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Plugin licence

OhScoop Lite (Free)

OhScoop Lite is distributed under the GNU General Public Licence v2.0 (GPL-2.0). You are free to use, modify, and distribute it in accordance with the GPL-2.0 licence terms.

OhScoop Pro (Paid)

Upon purchasing OhScoop Pro, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on unlimited websites that you own or manage. This licence is valid for one year from the date of purchase, subject to renewal.

The Pro plugin source code is also released under GPL-2.0. However, access to updates and support is contingent on a valid active licence.

4. Accounts & purchases

When purchasing OhScoop Pro, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and licence keys issued to you.

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.

Licence renewals are your responsibility. We will send reminder emails before expiry, but lapsed licences will not receive updates or priority support until renewed.

5. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary elements of OhScoop Pro beyond what is permitted by GPL-2.0
• Distribute, resell, or sublicence OhScoop Pro without authorisation
• Use our services to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or servers
• Misrepresent your affiliation with OhScoop or Cybertrickz Digital Services

6. Intellectual property

The OhScoop name, logo, website design, and marketing materials are the property of Cybertrickz Digital Services. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.

The plugin code is licenced under GPL-2.0 as described in section 3. All other content on ohscoop.com and cybertrickz.info — including text, images, and design — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

OhScoop products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every WordPress theme or hosting environment.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current versions of WordPress but cannot guarantee compatibility with third-party plugins, custom themes, or future WordPress releases.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Cybertrickz Digital Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of OhScoop products — including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OhScoop Pro shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current licence period.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to OhScoop Pro if you breach these terms, including unauthorised distribution of licence keys or the Pro plugin files.

Upon termination, your right to receive updates and support ceases. The GPL-2.0 licence for any plugin code you have already received remains valid.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify existing customers of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
